We are looking for Client Partners for a leading Agency to provide clear, sound leadership that will enable the business to develop outstanding relationships with our clients businesses based on a credible point of view and outstanding work.
This will involve developing opportunities that enable the agency to use data, technology and creative to help the client’s brands create work that makes a real difference and builds meaningful connections
You will build maintain, inspire and nurture the strongest client service department in a professional manner. As a member of the senior management team, to proactively lead and contribute to the ongoing vision of the agency, and develop the fabric and health of the agency
Overview
- To develop and drive a clear set of client service principles and benchmarks that ensure that we provide the best possible work and that we drive and develop client business
- To drive an entrepreneurial spirit within your client service team and department, ensuring that client’s businesses are fully understood and that opportunities for new business are developed
- To act as the senior day to day client contact for a number of accounts as determined by the MP. You should build a strategic business partnership with senior clients on these accounts such that they value your tenure, input and opinions in relation to their business
- As a member of the senior client service team, to proactively lead and contribute to the ongoing vision and business plans of the agency
- To be responsible and accountable for your income plan, reporting achievement in line with your account and the total agency P&L
- To lead and inspire the client service team, acting as a role model and mentor being seen as a visionary, decision maker and constructive problem solver
- To take lead responsibility talent management, succession planning, recruitment and communication within the client service department
- Responsible for the growth and profitability of your accounts and all related budgets and financial management
You need to have..
- An industry heavyweight with at least 8 year’s agency marketing industry experience
- Proven track record in leading integrated ttl campaigns for blue chip brands
- Proven experience of growing income in an agency environment across a variety of blue chip clients
- Strategic thinker with an excellent understanding of key industry influences and the ability to apply this thinking to a variety of clients and businesses
- Exceptional relationship builder with the ability to operate at a senior and strategic level with key clients
- Proven success at driving business change
- Excellent people manager with an ability to inspire, motivate, mentor and build commitment
- A natural networker with an understanding of where the agency needs to be seen
