We’re looking for a Project & Social Media Assistant to support client projects and help keep our online presence fresh, engaging, and on-brand.
This is a varied role where no two days are the same — you’ll help manage project timelines, liaise with clients and creative teams, and take the lead on social media content creation and scheduling. It’s the perfect opportunity for someone with a flair for organisation, communication, and digital storytelling.
What you’ll be doing
- Supporting the Account Manager to coordinate projects, track progress, and manage updates.
- Liaising with internal teams and external partners to keep activity running smoothly.
- Assisting with photo and video production shoots when required.
- Helping with project documentation and workflow management.
- Creating and scheduling engaging content across social media platforms.
- Monitoring engagement, responding to comments, and helping grow online communities.
- Ensuring all activity reflects the brand’s creative and professional tone.

- Confident communicator with excellent written and verbal skills.
- Passionate about social media and creative marketing.
