Campaign Manager (hybrid role)

Are you an experienced and client-focused professional looking for an exciting opportunity in campaign management? Join our dynamic team as a Campaign Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and successful delivery of campaigns for designated client accounts.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage and deliver campaigns on time, meeting both client and internal expectations.

Collaborate closely with Campaign Executives, working as one team to support designated client accounts.

Offer proactive and exemplary service standards to retain clients.

Address and resolve client queries and questions in a client-focused manner.

Provide clear, accurate, and unambiguous briefs to internal teams for the "right first time" set up and processing of all jobs.

Support the Campaign Operations Manager in various areas, including team training, system and data security, health and safety, team organization and resourcing, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Actively participate in meetings, offering opinions and helping lead debates.

Collaborate closely with other teams to ensure smooth workflow and communication.

Adhere to agreed standard operating procedures and maintain updated documentation of working practices.

Represent the Projects and Campaign Operations team in internal and client-facing situations.

Develop a thorough understanding of client campaign requirements, prepare briefs, and distribute them to relevant internal teams on time.

Monitor and manage campaign schedules proactively to ensure milestone dates are met.

Complete campaign segmentation matrices.

Provide feedback on material changes in volume or phasing of activity to the Account Management team for review and adjustment.

Manage campaign-related feedback between internal teams and clients.

Investigate and resolve client queries/tickets.

Perform campaign health checks and regularly review outstanding tickets for designated client accounts.

Own and update client operational specifications.

Serve as a client Subject Matter Expert (SME) for internal teams on operational matters.

Manage, organize, and coordinate client status calls and attend client meetings as required.
Skills and Experience:

To be successful in the role of Campaign Manager, we are looking for candidates who possess the following skills and experience:

Minimum of two years of experience working in a client-facing role.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage comfortably with individuals at all levels of staff and clients, both remotely and face-to-face.

Demonstrated ability to multitask, work under deadlines, and effectively prioritize work with competing demands.

Strong organizational and problem-solving skills to ensure efficient campaign management.

Proficient in computer literacy, including knowledge of relevant software and tools.

Exceptional attention to detail to ensure accuracy and precision in campaign execution.
