As a Creative Copywriter you’ll help our client achieve the vision of inspiring and supporting consumers to actively achieve their goals in a responsible environmentally positive way.
To help us get there, this role is responsible for working alongside Marketing, Email and Ecommerce teams to manage, track and deliver relevant and engaging customer-facing and internal content
Responsibilities:
Customer Acquisition:

Development of campaign messaging

Writing of brand and seasonal messaging for all comms

Writing of brand and seasonal messaging for website
-
Media (advertising/advertorial) copy
-
Social media copy, tailored to each platform
-
PR copy and reviewing press releases
Customer Retention:
-
Conceptualising email campaigns that deliver commercial results and writing the required content to bring them to life

Writing and reviewing copy for social media
-
Writing copy to raise awareness of our services and other USPs as well as exploring further ways to boost visibility and usage
Customer Loyalty & Advocacy:

Manage all inbound copy requests from across the business and track their on-time delivery

Working with Email and CRM teams to review and analyse email performance and learn from results to improve campaign copy, messaging and structure

Generating new ideas for content via research and creative thinking

Working across all brands, changing style and tone of voice accordingly
-
Acting as brand and tone of voice guardian to ensure all customer facing copy has consistent messaging and voice

Working closely with the Creative Team to define solutions to ensure visuals and copy are aligned

Working closely with Marketing Team to help deliver key messages across all channels

Supporting Content Manager in the delivery of seasonal content calendar and campaigns
Experience
-
Copywriting or content creation, either from a client or agency background
-
The ideal candidate will not only be able to craft compelling and engaging copy but have a grasp of marketing principles to ensure content helps to move readers through the marketing funnel

A background in marketing is beneficial

Experience with digital copywriting and SEO desirable
-
Experience using a CMS (ideally Adobe) for blog building and content publication desirable
-
Must be able to work independently, take ownership of their work, use initiative and push back on workload in the appropriate way

Creative mindset and ability to bring fresh ideas for content across our channels
