Our client is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented CRM Manager to join our team!
This new role as CRM Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping our customer relationship management strategies. Your expertise in customer segmentation, trading, and data management will be key in enhancing customer experiences, fostering loyalty, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective customer segmentation strategies to target specific customers

Analyse customer data to identify patterns, behaviours, and preferences for targeted marketing

Collaborate with Trading and marketing teams to develop and execute trading strategies that maximize customer engagement and revenue.

Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business growth and customer acquisition.

Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and quality of customer data in the CRM system.

Implement data analysis tools and techniques to derive actionable insights from customer data.

Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track CRM performance and customer behaviour.

Create use cases for single customer view, informing the future development and tech stack.

Create personalized and targeted marketing campaigns to engage customers through various channels (email, social media, etc.).

Use customer feedback and data analysis to optimize marketing messages and promotions.

Work closely with Trading, marketing, and product development teams to align CRM strategies with overall business objectives.

Provide guidance and training to team members on CRM best practices and use of CRM tools.

Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices related to CRM and customer data management.

Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance CRM efficiency and effectiveness.
Skills and Experience:

Proven experience in CRM management, customer segmentation, and data analysis.

Proficiency in CRM software and data analysis tools.

Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (desirable).
