In this role, you'll have the unique opportunity to take charge of our global websites, applying your expertise to optimize user journeys and drive increased conversions.
Key Responsibilities:

Take the Helm: Own and enhance website performance metrics, developing KPIs to showcase the impact of our websites on calls and sales.

Lead the development and execution of cutting-edge Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) strategies across our digital platforms, ensuring improved conversion rates and overall user satisfaction.

Shape User Experiences: Craft the development roadmap for all global websites, introducing new functionality and continuous UX improvements.

Build and Lead: Manage and nurture a team under the guidance of the Head of Digital, recruiting and upskilling team members to uphold best practices.

Analyse User Behaviour: Dive deep into user behaviour analysis, utilizing various analytics tools to identify optimization opportunities and refine website design and functionality.

Collaborate Across Teams: Work collaboratively with diverse teams including trading, product, marketing, design, and development, executing CRO initiatives that align seamlessly with our business goals.

User-Centric Innovation: Conduct user research and usability testing, gathering insights to enhance website usability, accessibility, and overall user experience.

Stay Ahead of Trends: Keep abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies, infusing this knowledge into our digital platforms to ensure they remain at the forefront of innovation.
Skills and Experience:

Demonstrated experience in Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), web development, and UX/UI design, with a minimum of 5 years in a similar role.

Strong analytical skills and proficiency in web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to interpret data and derive actionable insights.

Proficiency in A/B testing tools and methodologies, coupled with a successful track record in CRO implementations.

Solid understanding of UX principles, information architecture, and interaction design, with the ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows.

Excellent project management skills, enabling you to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and consistently meet deadlines.

Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, allowing you to work effectively in cross-functional teams and present findings and recommendations persuasively.

Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus, enhancing your ability to innovate in the digital space.
