Digital Acquisition Manager

We are looking for a Digital Acquisition Manager for an exciting global online retail business. 

You will make an impact by leading and delivering the digital acquisition strategy for two key brands across UK and US markets.  In this role you will take responsibility for multiple channels, including PPC, Paid Social and affiliates. This is a collaborative role where you will work with the wider business to ensure we meet various goals and objectives.

Overview           

  • Leading our digital acquisition strategies across multiple channels, including PPC, Paid Social and Affiliates
  • Working closely with the CRM Manager to understand the impact of marketing tactics on new customer acquisition, leveraging these insights to develop our strategies across all channels
  • Ensuring we are utilising CRM data to execute cross-channel marketing initiatives, particularly within PPC and Paid Social
  • Owning the relationship with our digital agency, ensuring effective collaboration and communication of business goals and objectives to ensure PPC continues to be a top-performing channel, evolving in line with industry updates and innovations
  • Collaborating with the Ecommerce team regarding our on-site SEO strategy, to ensure Organic and Paid Search are working together to meet our overall Search objectives
  • Owning and delivering our Affiliate Marketing strategy, with a specific focus on content publishers and influencer networks, as well as new customer initiatives
  • Growing our student discount programme, introducing new initiatives to incentivise and increase this customer base
  • Collaborating with our Brand Marketing team to ensure all channel assets are in line with our brand identity and tone of voice.
  • Staying abreast of digital transformation in retail, ensuring we are always up to date with industry trends
  • Manging and developing one direct report, responsible for Paid Social, including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and TikTok Advertising
  • Providing weekly and monthly reports for PPC, SEO, Affiliates, Paid Social and new acquisition initiatives

You need to have..

  • Experience managing agencies, or working in an agency environment
  • People management experience
  • Budget management and forecasting experience
  • Proficient in data analysis and working with spreadsheets
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly motivated, organised with a keen eye for detail
  • A real team player
  • Experience using Google Analytics
  • Experience within the fashion or retail industry is desirable
