The Digital Marketing Coordinator will assist the Digital Marketing Manager in day-to-day activities to grow and enhance the Brand. They will be responsible for planning, developing, and delivering on agreed marketing strategies to meet business objectives and set KPIs. With primary roles focussed on digital activity including but not limited to content creation, email marketing, social media management and planning and website support. This is a fantastic role for someone who has a creative mind and is looking to further their experience in the full digital marketing mix.  


Email marketing

  • Planning of e-newletter b2b & b2c calendar for the year
  • Creation of e-newsletters for approval by line management
  • Distribution of e-newletters to relevant mailing lists
  • Management of e-newsletter lists
  • Reporting on performance of e-newsletters
  • A/B testing
  • Set up and manage automated workflows through e-newsletter platform
  • Grow e-newsletter lists in line with set KPIs

Social media

  • Strategically planning social media schedules for the year, across a variety of B2B and B2C platforms
  • Utilising existing content
  • Create detailed briefs and work closely with the Brand Design Lead to ensure consistency with content design
  • Create compelling and engaging content across all platforms, including video, infographics, carousels, and live content
  • Scheduling of content across all channels
  • Grow channels in line with set KPIs
  • Support the Digital Marketing Manager in the creation and implementation of the social media strategy for the year
  • Work alongside the Digital Marketing Manager to supply content for our paid ads
  • Making recommendations of content suitable for boosting
  • Monitor and report on organic and paid social media activity
  • Stay on top of trends and platform updates


  • Product updates, including descriptions, images, prices and NPD
  • Planning of banner schedule
  • Updating content across various platforms – custom CMS and Shopify
  • Reporting on organic and paid website performance in line with set KPIs using Google Analytics
  • Work with the Digital Marketing Manager and PPC agency to create purposeful ads
  • Support the Digital Marketing Manager in on going website development
  • Writing blogs with great SEO practices and uploading to website
  • Monitoring websites for any issues
  • Always considering how we can improve the customer journey


  • Build, plan and implement the overall digital marketing strategy alongside the Digital Marketing Manager
  • Conduct market and competitor research
  • Make recommendations and put forward ideas on how the company can better utilise digital
  • Contribute content ideas for the overall content strategy for the year
  • Occasional support for event management (includes occasional travel)
  • Attending events/creation content days
  • Supporting all other departments in any queries they may have relating to digital 


  • 2-3 years’ experience in a marketing role
  • Creative energy
  • Confident to be a ‘face’ on our social media channels 
  • Experience using graphic design tools for social media posts, such as Photoshop or Canva
  • Experience in building email campaigns
  • Copy writing for website
  • Basic video editing skills for Reels and TikToks
  • Confident working independently as well as part of a team
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Willingness to learn and develop
