We are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive with a broad background spanning 2-3 years experience.
The role with work with a wider marketing team and external agencies as part of delivering the digital marketing objectives.
The role is wide ranging, from supporting with PPC management, to creating and scheduling social media posts, to evaluating digital campaign performance.
  • Work as part of the Digital Marketing team to deliver digital programs and plans in line with the overall brand marketing strategy and plan. 
  • Support the Paid Search and Social Media Manager and Digital agency in the day-to-day management of PPC activity to maximise lead generation
  • Co-ordinate the implementation of digital display activity to support all requirements 
  • Co-ordinate the creation and activation of paid social media
  • Manage our Google My Business listings using Yext management platform
  • Undertake website content updates where required
  • Monitor on-going performance of all digital activity against KPIs and targets to ensure we drive leads and get maximum ROI
  • Manage our digital analytics capabilities (GA, data studio, Hotjar, PowerBI, CRM) and monthly performance reporting.
  • Ensure all digital activities are executed with quality, within brand guidelines and compliant with all industry regulations.
  • Act as a point of contact for Digital Marketing, liaising with stakeholders within the business to answer queries, plan and deliver content updates, events, projects or campaigns. 
  • Stay up to date and connected with the latest developments across Digital marketing trends and industry best practice, contributing to the long-term development of our digital marketing strategy.
In addition, you should be:
  • 2-3 years’ experience in a broad digital marketing role
  • Technical: Able to demonstrate knowledge of the fundamentals of digital marketing and experience working in key digital channels - particularly paid search and social media marketing.
  • Analytical: Good knowledge of GA / data studio.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to collect and interpret data, analyse program effectiveness and ROI. 
  • Experience creating reports/dashboards.
  • Organisation and planning: Organised approach with proven ability to work to tight deadlines. Strong administrative and organisation skills, comfortable creating, maintaining, and delivering multiple plans/activities at the same time. 
  • Managing relationships and teamwork: Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work on own initiative whilst being a team player.
  • Ability and willingness to be flexible and support wider team as required.
  • Ability to multi-task, work well under pressure, build strong relationships with multiple stakeholders.
  • Adaptability and flexibility: Comfortable with change and managing multiple priorities 
  • Proficient in digital platforms and software systems: Website CMS, Social media management platform; Google Tag Manager, Google Adwords
  • Professional Marketing Qualification / Degree qualified 
  • Computer literate – good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel (Pivot tables & V Lookups) PowerPoint
