Marketing Executive
Salary: £30,000
Location: Wiltshire (hybrid)
About the Role
We’re looking for a proactive Marketing Executive to support activity across a well-known lifestyle brand. This role is ideal for someone looking to broaden their experience across digital and traditional marketing, with a focus on email campaigns, website content, copywriting, and creative asset support. You’ll get involved in a wide range of marketing tasks, helping the team deliver day-to-day activity as well as supporting brand campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Email Marketing
- Build and send campaigns in Mailchimp and Force24.
- Manage lists, test campaigns, and track results.
- Support with automation and campaign improvements.
- Website & Content
- Make updates to brand websites in WordPress (new content, images, banners, blogs).
- Create landing pages and update e-brochures.
- Check content accuracy and brand consistency.
- Creative & Copywriting
- Write and proof marketing copy for emails, websites, social posts, and printed materials.
- Use Adobe InDesign/Photoshop to adapt existing artwork or create simple assets.
- Support on design briefs for agencies/suppliers when needed.
- Campaign Support
- Help deliver seasonal and promotional campaigns across all brands.
- Assist with the creation of brochures, flyers, POS, and other printed marketing materials.
- Liaise with print and production suppliers to manage artwork and deadlines.
- Marketing Admin
- Keep marketing materials and image libraries organised.
- Update retailer/partner portals with brand assets and information.
- Provide general admin support for the marketing team.
- Other Activities
- Support events, photoshoots, or trade shows as required.
- Monitor competitor activity and feedback market insight to the team.
- Be flexible to get involved in ad hoc marketing projects.
About You
- Experience in a marketing support or executive role (agency or in-house).
- Hands-on knowledge of Mailchimp or similar platforms.
- Confident using WordPress for content updates.
- Good writing and proofreading skills.
- Familiar with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign/Photoshop).
- Organised, detail-focused, and happy to juggle multiple tasks.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
