Digital Marketing Manager – 12 month FTC
Chippenham (hybrid)
 
We are seeking a seasoned Digital Marketing Manager to lead digital initiatives for a fixed-term contract of 12 months. As a key member of this dynamic team, you'll drive the digital presence and play a pivotal role in shaping online strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Digital Strategy and Planning
  • Collaborate with the Director of Marketing & Communications to develop and execute an annual digital strategy encompassing social media, email marketing, display ads, SEO, SEM, PPC, and website optimization (including CRO).
Website Management
    • Analyze website content and navigation for effectiveness, identifying opportunities for improvement, and enhancing customer journeys.
Digital Advertising
    • Oversee digital advertising efforts, optimizing messaging for target audiences and improving conversion rates. Manage SEO activities to boost brand visibility and support lead generation.
Social Media
    • Lead organic social media campaigns across channels, working closely with the marketing team to drive brand narratives and lead generation.
Digital Campaigns and Reporting
    • Manage ongoing online campaigns and collaborate on sector-specific initiatives with the Marketing team.
Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Pardot)
    • Leverage expertise in the system to create and manage automation journeys for nurturing, conversion, and cross-selling/upselling.
Team Management
    • Directly manage team members, providing support for key responsibilities and fostering their professional development and training needs.
 
What We're Looking For
    • Experience in developing and executing multichannel digital content marketing strategies to boost inbound lead generation and brand awareness.
    • Strong background in B2B digital/content roles.
    • Proficiency in SEO, digital advertising, and Social Media strategies.
    • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot).
    • Demonstrated knowledge of email marketing best practices, including split-testing, deliverability optimization, personalization, automation, and GDPR compliance.
    • High enthusiasm, drive, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field, or CIM qualifications (desirable).
