HR Coordinator
Outskirts Swindon | Office-based
Ready to take your HR career beyond the admin?
If you've gained some solid HR experience and are now looking for a role where you can get more involved, learn more and make a real contribution, this could be just the move.
We're working with a growing business that's investing in its HR function and looking for an enthusiastic HR Coordinator to join the team.
You'll work closely with the HR Manager, gaining exposure to a broad range of HR activities and the opportunity to develop your generalist HR knowledge.
Why consider this role?
-
More variety: Get involved in everything from recruitment and onboarding to employee relations, training and engagement.
-
Room to develop: Broaden your HR experience and build on the skills you've already gained.
-
Make an impact: Support managers and employees while helping improve HR processes and the employee experience.
-
Be part of something growing: Join a business where the HR function is developing and there's plenty to get involved in.
What will you bring?
We're looking for someone who's already worked in an HR administration or coordination role and is ready to build on that experience.
You'll be organised, approachable, confident communicating with people at all levels and comfortable juggling different priorities.
Experience using HR systems and a good understanding of HR processes will be important.
Working towards a CIPD qualification? That's a bonus, but not essential.
Sound like your kind of next step?
If you're looking for a role that offers more exposure, more responsibility and the chance to grow your HR career, we'd love to hear from you.
