We are working with a fantastic brand based on the outskirts of Swindon that are looking for a Creative Designer to join their business on a maternity contract.
Key responsibilities
Development of Content:
  • Create visually captivating content for all communication channels including digital platforms, social media, print media, out-of-home advertising, and online campaigns.
  • Develop engaging presentations for events and internal communications, representing the company's directors effectively.
  • Produce compelling video content for digital communication, including video editing, reels, and text/image-based videos.
  • Provide direction for copywriting in brand materials when necessary.
  • Collaborate closely with digital strategic agencies to develop content that aligns with brand objectives.
  • Generate content for regional sales activities both online and offline.
Creative Project Management:
  • Lead creative projects from ideation to execution, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Conceptualize mockups and brainstorm ideas for new marketing initiatives.
  • Develop strategic creative approaches in collaboration with agencies or internal teams to translate ideas into actionable brand concepts.
  • Propose new marketing materials or initiatives to support communications strategies.
  • Oversee shoot venues, styling, and visual content output, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
  • Manage allocated budgets for creative projects effectively.
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field.
  • Proficiency in the Full Adobe Suite, particularly Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, After Effects, and Premiere Pro.
  • Strong creative portfolio demonstrating expertise in developing engaging visual content across various mediums.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail and adherence to brand guidelines.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Proven ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
