Are you a dynamic Marketing Executive with a passion for data-driven strategies and a knack for working on a CRM? We're seeking a motivated individual to join our team and help drive our marketing efforts to new heights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize your expertise in managing HubSpot in a B2B setting, demonstrating a strong technical understanding of the platform alongside practical B2B marketing skills.
- Design, map, and implement customer journeys and workflows to capture and convert enquiries from web and other sources.
- Conduct test and learn activities, showcasing how insights from testing and performance analysis have been leveraged to enhance effectiveness.
- Demonstrate proficiency in digital skills, particularly email marketing, and the effective implementation of digital campaigns in HubSpot.
- Provide an analytical and data-driven approach to campaign management, including hands-on experience with email set-up within the HubSpot tool.
Role-specific Duties
- Manage contact information and lead allocation as needed.
- Promote and encourage HubSpot usage and best practices across the organization.
- Track all marketing activities in HubSpot.
- Execute ongoing CRM operations, including customer data segmentation, contact management, lead allocation, and customer analysis.
Key Qualifications:
- Demonstrable experience in managing a CRM or Marketing/Customer analytics role.
- Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in Excel.
- Experience using Google Analytics is advantageous but not mandatory.
- A genuine passion for data and customer insights.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and confidently contribute to and implement recommendations and strategies.
