Are you a creative, commercially minded Marketing Executive looking for a role where you can get involved across the full marketing mix?
We're recruiting for an established, values-led brand looking for a Marketing Executive to join its growing team.
This is a genuinely varied role combining campaigns, digital marketing, email, website content, events, copywriting, sales support and marketing analysis. You'll have plenty of opportunity to bring your own ideas, take ownership of projects and see the impact your work has on the wider business.
The role
Working as part of a collaborative marketing team, you'll help plan and deliver engaging marketing activity across multiple channels and customer groups.
Your responsibilities will include:

Planning and delivering integrated marketing campaigns from concept through to execution.

Creating engaging content and copy for email, websites, digital channels and marketing materials.

Managing and updating website content, ensuring information remains relevant, accurate and engaging.

Creating and delivering targeted email marketing campaigns.

Developing marketing collateral, promotional materials and point-of-sale assets.

Supporting product launches, promotions and seasonal campaigns.

Working closely with Sales and other internal teams to develop marketing activity that supports commercial objectives.

Helping coordinate exhibitions, events and other customer-facing activity.

Supporting marketing activity for different customer groups and markets.

Monitoring campaign performance and using data and insight to understand what's working and identify opportunities for improvement.

Working with external suppliers and creative partners where required.

Acting as a brand guardian, ensuring communications remain consistent across all touchpoints.
About you
We're looking for someone who enjoys being hands-on, creative and commercially aware.
You'll ideally bring:

Previous experience within a Marketing Executive, Marketing Coordinator or similar hands-on marketing role.

Experience delivering campaigns across multiple channels.

Strong written communication and copywriting skills.

Email marketing experience – Mailchimp or similar would be useful.

Website/CMS experience.

Confidence managing multiple projects and deadlines.

Good analytical skills with an interest in measuring campaign performance and ROI.

Strong attention to detail.

A collaborative approach and confidence working with different teams and stakeholders.

Adobe Creative Suite or similar design experience would be advantageous.

Plenty of initiative and enthusiasm for bringing new ideas to the table.
