Key Responsibilities:

Conduct market research to define customer personas and develop segmentation, targeting, and positioning strategies.

Develop and implement multi-channel marketing plans to build awareness, generate sales, increase engagement, and meet strategic business needs.

Manage the marketing budget, prepare costed plans, and seek approval for all activities.

Oversee the delivery of campaigns, ensuring objectives are defined, results are achieved, and activities are GDPR compliant.

Monitor and evaluate campaign effectiveness, providing clear communication on impact and advice for future improvements.

Qualifications & Experience:

Membership of a Professional Body (e.g., CIM, IDM) or equivalent, with a professional qualification in marketing.

Proven track record in marketing or brand roles, with experience in multi-channel marketing communications, CRM systems, campaign management, and event delivery.

Strong focus on understanding and serving customer needs.
