Partnership & Affiliates Manager

The Partnership & Affiliates Manager will be responsible for managing the company’s global affiliate programs.
This dynamic role involves interacting with existing affiliates and recruiting new ones.
The role includes analysing and reporting on affiliate activity and geographies each month, striving to exceed company objectives.
 
Principle Accountabilities:
 
- Manage, drive, and execute the affiliate strategy globally.
- Devise tactical campaigns and promotional testing to enhance sales, including recruitment campaigns for new affiliates/partners and building relationships with new networks in various geographies.
- Manage external affiliates and partners, ensuring smooth operation of global networks.
- Deliver affiliate marketing to meet new customer acquisition targets, optimize spend budgets, maximize ROI, increase associated KPIs, and boost sales revenue.
- Collaborate with external agencies/networks to ensure all geographies perform to budget, optimizing spend and promotional activity.
- Implement and create new growth opportunities within the affiliate/partnership channel.
- Communicate regularly with external affiliates/partners, helping them optimize their programs where possible.
- Collaborate with external channels to develop localized activity considering macroeconomics, cultural expectations, and purchasing behaviours.
- Optimize spend budgets, maximize ROI, increase associated KPIs, and raise consumer brand awareness.
- Contribute to ad-hoc marketing and trading activities to achieve business objectives.
- Support the management and development of broader business relationships to maximize digital opportunities.
- Provide weekly channel reports, running and loading reports into tracking documents.
 
Skills and Experience:
 
- 3+ years of direct affiliate and partnership experience, either agency side or in-house.
- Ability to understand multicultural marketing and a keen interest in global markets.
- Track record of analysing affiliate trends and opportunities, providing and implementing recommendations to improve campaigns, results, and sales.
- Self-directed, highly motivated, and detail-oriented.
- Effective communication skills with internal and external partners.
