As an integral part of this team, you'll collaborate closely with both UK and central European teams to strategize, create captivating content, engage with influencers, and cultivate robust social media presences across multiple platforms.
Platform Mastery:
  • Facebook and Instagram:  Strategize, schedule, and analyze organic and paid content. Expertise in audience building and adapting to algorithm updates.
  • Pinterest: Craft and manage pinning strategies, promoting pins and boards.
  • YouTube: Assist in metadata drafting, video uploading, and shorts management.
  • Google Ads: Collaborate with designers to create and upload banner and video ads. Conduct thorough analysis and reporting.
  • Community Management: Monitor and engage with audience interactions, ensuring timely responses and fostering community engagement.
Content Creation:
  • Idea Development: Generate innovative content concepts, pitch to clients, and oversee creative briefs and design processes.
  • Advertising Budgets: Strategically allocate advertising budgets across various channels on a monthly basis.
  • Influencer Management: Foster relationships with influencers, manage contracts, and ensure content alignment with client requirements.
  • Campaign Oversight: Lead monthly activity tracking, supervise specific campaign content development, and coordinate video shoots and editing processes.
  • User-Generated Content: Curate and manage user-generated content, engaging with users and sharing across platforms.
Account Management:
    • Client Relationship Building: Cultivate strong client relationships, identifying growth opportunities and occasionally attending meetings or events.
    • Approval Processes: Coordinate content plans, assets, and budgets, ensuring seamless approval processes with clients.
    • Communication: Prepare for and conduct productive 'work in progress' calls with clients, as well as participate in cross-agency calls to present thorough reporting and analysis.
    • Proven experience in social media management and digital marketing.
