The Role:
As Senior Account Manager. You will be at the heart of it all, steering the ship in the client services team. What You'll Be Up To:
  • Be the go-to person for the clients, ensuring all projects, from retainers to ad-hoc ventures, are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
  • Manage the financial dynamics of your portfolio, handling necessary paperwork with finesse and meeting required deadlines.
  • Lead and mentor your team of account managers and executives, juggling their workload, boosting performance, and spotting development opportunities.
  • Liaise with internal dream teams to seamlessly deliver services from concept to delivery—your fingerprints will be all over brief writing, internal meetings, and job scheduling.
  • Handle queries like a champ, ensuring they are managed within agreed SLAs with the technical team.
  • Liaise with third parties, ensuring the smooth provision of any agreed-upon services.
  • Provide meticulous contact reports within 48 hours of meetings or calls, outlining clear deliverables and action dates.
  • Keep the rhythm going with weekly status reports and client meetings, ensuring everyone is in tune with project progress.
  • Keep all administrative support up to date, ensuring compliance with regulatory measures and utilizing systems effectively.
  • Keep the communication lines open and deliver regular, clear, and consistent project updates for all managed workstreams.
What You Need:
  • 3-5 years of rocking Account Management experience, especially in a technical environment.
  • A solid background in CRM and data management – it's your bread and butter.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Word – you can weave magic with spreadsheets and documents.
  • Proven experience leading or managing projects across cross-functional teams – you're the captain we're looking for.
  • Confidence in managing client meetings and presenting ideas to clients – you're the showstopper.
  • Highly numerate, efficient problem solver, and a structured thinker – you see solutions where others see challenges.
  • Demonstrable communication, influencing, and relationship management skills – you can charm anyone, anytime.
