As Senior Data Analyst, you will work on projects in partnership with the Head of Analysis, as well as other Senior Analysts, to deliver specific elements or entire projects

Be a data and analysis champion showing and communicating the power of analysis and data to your client services and strategy colleagues.

You will deliver data strategies and proposals to improve customer and prospect engagement at all stages of the customer funnel using all types of data.

For example: Exploratory data analysis, Propensity modelling, Profiling, Segmentation, Next Best Action, Uplift Modelling, Pricing analytics, Multi-channel customer journey automation modelling, multi-dimensional value modelling, Advanced web and social analytics, Natural Language processing.

Use established and new advanced analysis techniques to deliver innovative and actionable analysis solutions that deliver insight. 



  • You are an analysis expert, passionate about using both structured and unstructured data from all sources and channels to create analytical solutions that improve customer engagement, create meaningful connections between brands and consumers, deliver smarter insight and enable the measurement of all aspects of marketing performance. You drive and ensure that your clients are optimising analysis and insight opportunities from 1st, 2nd and 3rd party data
  • Have a real passion for taking a business problem and combining data and analytics to deliver actionable, useful and exciting insights.
  • Make it easy and enjoyable to work with you, ensuring that interactions between you and your colleagues is rewarding, fun, productive and valuable.
  • You are highly numerate and have strong expertise in advanced analysis and segmentation techniques/tools and their application to a marketing and commercial environment.
  • An interest in data driven customer experience development & loyalty with a good understanding of how to optimise data from all marketing channels whether structured or unstructured.


You need to have..

  • Experience across structured and unstructured data sources (PII, open source, 3rd party, web analytics & digital data products) 
  • Numerate degree e.g. Statistics, Mathematics, Physics or Operational Research
  • 5+ years’ experience within the marketing and data analysis industry
  • Proven hands-on Data mining experience using tools such as  SQL, R or Python
  • Strong Excel (including VBA macros, pivot tables, VLookups, report creation) skills
  • Experience with Data Visualization tools, such as Tableau, Power BI or graphic libraries in R, Python and Javacript
  • Have worked with manipulating large and complex datasets, including linking multiple data sources on ad hoc basis to support management reporting
  • Experience of building statistical models using a variety of techniques such as logistic regression, clustering, CHAID
  • Have experience in campaign evaluation, segmentation development and implementation
