The Role
As a Senior Ecommerce Executive, you’ll play a key role in leading the development and optimisation of our digital storefronts. From managing Shopify Plus integrations and international expansions to implementing UX/UI enhancements, you’ll ensure our online presence continues to grow and evolve.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the front and backend development of the eCommerce site, identifying areas for growth and improvement.
• Work on strategic projects such as international expansion, AI platform integration, and seasonal campaigns.
• Manage Shopify Plus stores, overseeing traffic acquisition, sales performance, and stock management.
• Drive improvements to the user journey, leveraging competitor analysis and data insights.
• Troubleshoot website issues and coordinate solutions with our web agency.
• Identify and implement new applications and integrations to enhance UX.
• Collaborate with the wider eCommerce and digital marketing team to execute online growth strategies.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities.
• Monitor eCommerce performance metrics and reporting to measure success.
• Support cross-functional teams, including Wholesale, Trade, and Client Relations, with digital solutions.
What We’re Looking For:
✔️ Proven experience in eCommerce, with a strong understanding of online customer journeys.
✔️ Hands-on experience with Shopify Plus and eCommerce operations.
✔️ Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and drive insights.
✔️ A detail-oriented and process-driven approach to online retail.
✔️ Knowledge of SEO, digital marketing, and online merchandising.
✔️ Experience in international eCommerce is a plus.
✔️ A proactive, problem-solving mindset and a passion for continuous improvement.
✔️ Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
✔️ Highly organised, with excellent attention to detail.
✔️ Full UK driving license preferred.
