Senior Project Manager
As Senior Project Manager, you'll take the lead in cultivating relationships with project stakeholders, both internally and on the client side, including senior-level executives. Your role will encompass the management of substantial projects, ensuring their successful and profitable delivery on time and within budget, all while directing your project team to greatness.

Your Responsibilities
  • Collaborate closely with the client services/project team, actively participating in all project aspects and maintaining work progress.
  • Demonstrate your prowess in crafting a scope of work, managing requirements, maintaining business cases, and evaluating alternative approaches.
  • Take charge of project planning, coordinating with discipline leads and project teams to execute strategies, and estimating project activities for quality assessment.
  • Keep schedules, budgets (if applicable), assets, and project organisation in check, and ensure clear communication of requirements and project deliverables.
  • Skillfully prioritise deliverables and resources across projects based on scope and goals.
  • Maintain open lines of communication and document project status.
  • Stay vigilant in monitoring project risks and scope changes, proactively identifying and addressing potential issues.
  • Juggle multiple projects/tasks with finesse.
  • Interact and collaborate knowledgeably with clients and partners.
  • Consistently manage client expectations, delivering top-notch service, and actively seeking and acting on client feedback.
Your Requirements
  • A min of 3 years' experience in a similar Project Manager role within a marketing/digital agency.
  • Exceptional organisational skills and time management.
  • Approachable, problem-solving extraordinaire.
  • Comfortable engaging with clients, reporting progress, and handling issues.
  • Proactive attitude with a "can-do" spirit, thriving in a collaborative environment.
  • Working knowledge of MS Office/GSuite.
  • Familiarity with Trello/Asana is advantageous but not obligatory.
  • A confident communicator who can connect with individuals at all levels within our organisation.
  • A passion for the marketing industry and a grasp of current trends and developments.
