Key Responsibilities:
As a Systems Analyst, your primary focus will be to ensure client satisfaction through exceptional service standards and efficient query resolution. You will play a pivotal role in client retention and work closely with various teams to maintain the businesses reputation as a sector-leading service provider.
General Responsibilities:

Support the Head of Projects & Campaign Operations in areas such as system and data security, departmental health and safety, compliance with relevant standards, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Actively participate in meetings, providing valuable insights and helping lead discussions.

Collaborate closely with other teams to streamline processes and enhance operational efficiency.

Adhere to agreed standard operating procedures and ensure proper documentation of work practices.
Departmental Priorities:

Lead Business Analyst role for designated accounts.

Manage standard changes within your scope of responsibility.

Conduct thorough investigations into clients’ services, including data analysis, trend identification, and incident resolution.

Develop and maintain comprehensive service documentation, including clients’ operational specifications.

Collaborate with development and technical teams to scope, manage, and implement change.

Engage with the testing team, overseeing user acceptance testing associated with changes.
-
Acknowledge client queries within 24 hours and provide solutions within agreed timeframes.

Update and maintain communication materials for client accounts.
Skills and Experience:
Essential:

Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Experience in briefing IT development and Test Teams on requirements.

Strong communication skills, capable of liaising with non-technical teams and clients using layman's terms.

Proven success in managing multiple small projects simultaneously.

Proficiency in SQL and ability to read and write SQL for data interrogation.

Excellent Microsoft Office skills.

Exposure to an IT Development environment (2+ years).
-
Analytical and numeracy skills.
-
Self-motivated and able to work independently.
