We’re looking for an experienced Meta Lead to take ownership of paid social strategy, performance and a developing digital team.

It’s a role for someone who can still get into the detail of Meta Ads Manager, but equally enjoys stepping back to look at the bigger commercial picture – where budget should go, what’s driving ROI, which creative is winning and how you scale performance.

The opportunity

You’ll become the go-to specialist for Meta, owning the approach across multiple campaigns and audiences.

There’s real breadth to the role. You’ll be responsible for:

Setting the overall paid social strategy across Meta
Owning performance against revenue, ROI and CPA targets
Leading, coaching and developing a team of Digital Marketing Executives
Creating scalable campaign structures and best-practice frameworks
Developing full-funnel strategies across prospecting, consideration, retargeting and conversion
Building sophisticated audience strategies using first-party data, custom audiences and lookalikes

What we're looking for

You’ll already have significant experience in paid social/performance marketing, with Meta being a major part of your expertise.

You’ll know your way around Ads Manager inside out – but you'll also understand the commercial story behind the numbers.

We’d love to see:

Strong hands-on Meta Ads Manager experience
A track record of improving paid social performance
Experience managing meaningful campaign budgets
Strong knowledge of CPA, ROI, revenue and conversion performance
Experience building full-funnel paid social strategies
Advanced audience development and retargeting experience
A strong understanding of performance creative and structured testing
